ORDERING AND DISPATCH
Orders can be placed online or via phone, with a confirmation email upon receipt. Dispatch details follow payment confirmation. Wholesale orders may necessitate 3-5 working days for dispatch. We retain the right to cancel orders pre-dispatch due to unavailability.
PRICES
Listed prices are subject to change, yet accepted orders maintain their prices. GST and shipping costs, not included in listed prices, are added during checkout. Pricing discrepancies prompt customer notification.
Payments, made through credit/debit cards, are mandatory before dispatch. Wholesale payments within India are accepted via cheque or bank transfer within 15 days.
DELIVERY
Retail orders aim for next-day shipping, with delivery expected in 5-7 working days post dispatch. Out-of-stock items trigger delay notifications.
TDA Tea is confined to domestic shipping. International TDA Tea shipping quotes are available upon request.

SHELF LIFE & STORAGE CONDITIONS
Tea possesses a 24-month shelf life. Proper storage in airtight containers, away from odors, moisture, and heat, is recommended. Freezing is discouraged.
