• Legal Capacity: You must be at least 18 years of age or accessing under the active guidance of a legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.
• Account Integrity: If you register an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and password.
• Personal Use Only: Products sold on this website are intended solely for personal, non-commercial use. Commercial re-selling without our written distributor authorization is strictly prohibited.

2. Product Formulations & Ayurvedic Wellness Disclaimer

TDA Wellness crafts genuine Ayurvedic and botanical infusions utilizing orthodox whole leaves and traditional herbs:

• FSSAI Dietary Compliance: Our teas are 100% natural, FSSAI-compliant herbal food products and dietary supplements.
• Not Medical Prescription: Our formulations (such as Active Fat Burner Tea, Sugar Balance, or Calming Chamomile) are designed to support a balanced lifestyle. They are not intended to diagnose, cure, treat, or prevent any medical condition or replace clinical pharmaceuticals.
• Allergy & Medical Advice: Please review all ingredient labels carefully. If you are pregnant, nursing, or managing existing chronic conditions, consult your physician prior to commencing any daily botanical regimen.

3. Pricing, Orders & Invoicing

• Pricing & Taxes: All prices listed on tdatea.in are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of all applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST).
• Price Modifications: Prices for our wellness blends are subject to change without prior notice, though active paid orders will never be retroactively altered.
• Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including stock shortages, inaccurate pricing due to technical error, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Payments & Billing Security

We support trusted, RBI-compliant digital payment methods including UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and select Wallets via 256-bit SSL encrypted payment gateways (Razorpay, Cashfree). Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across serviceable PIN codes. We never hold or store your card numbers or PINs.

5. Shipping & Doorstep Delivery

Delivery timelines and transit protocols are governed by our official Shipping & Return Policy. Parcels are dispatched within 24 business hours and delivered across India within 2 to 5 business days via premier courier partners (Bluedart, Delhivery, DTDC).

6. Replacements & Cancellations

As food-grade consumable products, opened packages cannot be returned for hygiene and health reasons. However, we provide 100% free immediate replacement or refund for packages that arrive damaged in transit, leaking, unsealed, or incorrect, provided notice is sent within 48 hours of delivery to our support team.

7. Intellectual Property & Brand Rights

All content featured on tdatea.in—including our logo, trademarks, proprietary tea blend recipes, product photography, text descriptions, graphics, and software code—is the exclusive intellectual property of TDA Wellness India Pvt. Ltd. Unauthorized reproduction or scraping is legally actionable under the Copyright Act, 1957.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, TDA Wellness shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions and any operational disputes shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, with exclusive dispute resolution jurisdiction resting in the competent courts of New Delhi, India.
