Your TDA Herbal purchases are dispatched from our warehouse using reputable courier agencies. Please allow the specified number of days from order receipt.

For domestic prepaid orders, processing takes 1 business day, while COD orders require 2 business days for personal verification, ensuring a seamless process. Expect delivery within 7-10 business days, with potential delays for areas with limited coverage, taking up to 10-12 working days.

ORDER DELIVERIES WILL OCCUR BETWEEN

10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Monday – Saturday, excluding public holidays. A signature is necessary upon delivery. If you can’t be present, suggest an alternative (family member, colleague, neighbour, etc.). However, TDA Herbal disclaims responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person. We are not liable for damage after delivery.

For order-related complaints, contact Customer Care within 7 business days from delivery for resolution.

Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type, and other considerations. These charges are disclosed at checkout.

SHIPPING CHARGES

For Domestic Orders:

We ship PAN India with a flat shipping charge of Rs. 60 minimum and Rs. 300 maximum, depends on weight of delivery package and delivery location.

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

At TDA Herbal, we prioritize your shopping experience. However, as opened or damaged products can’t be reused, returns or exchanges for such items post-sale or delivery are not accepted.

TDA Herbal is not liable for damage after delivery. If a product arrives damaged (broken, leakage, etc.), a refund or replacement is possible if reported within 24 hours from delivery. Reach us at care@tdatea.in for shipment-related queries.

For quality issues or problems with the product, we facilitate an exchange. Contact us via call or email within 24 hours of delivery at care@tdatea.in (For product-related & other queries).

Exchanges are accepted only if products are returned in saleable condition with original receipt/tags intact, in original undamaged packaging, and subject to the following terms:

– Returns and exchanges are subject to checking and vetting by TDA Herbal.

– Damages due to neglect, improper usage, or wrong application are not covered.

– Once your return request is accepted, the process completes within 7-21 business days.

– No refund is issued once goods are sold.

– Shipping charges on Free Trials are non-refundable.
