Refund and Return Policy

At TDA Herbal, we are dedicated to ensuring your shopping experience is exceptional. It’s important to note that, due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for opened or damaged items once they have been sold or delivered.

Return Policy: Upon acceptance of your return request, the entire process will be completed within 7-21 business days. However, if one could not apply for a return in 7 days, we are not going to accept the return after this.

After delivery, TDA Herbal holds no responsibility for damages incurred. However, should you receive a product in a damaged condition (broken, leaking, or otherwise), we will process a refund or replacement if you notify us within 24 hours of delivery. The refund will be successfully initiated in your account within 7 days.

To qualify for an exchange, returned products must be in a saleable condition, with the original receipt/tags intact and in their original undamaged packaging. It’s important to note that returns and exchange requests are subject to thorough examination and approval by TDA Herbal.

This policy excludes damages resulting from neglect, improper usage, or incorrect application of the product.

Kindly be aware that no refunds will be issued once goods are sold, and shipping charges for Free Trials are non-refundable.
